I pulled a back muscle a couple hours ago and I am in so much damn pain, pain that has me sick to my stomach.
And today is casino day!
I can't stand up straight and when I turn certain ways, the pain about makes me scream.
I best win a damn jackpot today........

hey, put some apple vinegar in your bath. you can also add whatever bubble baths or scents you lik to cover the smell... But the vinegar will help the muscles a lot!!!!!!!
