So I finally figured out why I was so hungry yesterday.....Tom came crashing in last night. lol
Since I have been eating healthy, I have not had bad cramps and all the warnings of his arrival....although, I do still have the moodynezz a week before.
I did not have any warnings at all this time round; no bloating, no endless hunger pains, sweet cravings, ovary pains, moodynezz(Scott said that is not so, I have been hateful to him. hehehe whatevah*)
So yeah, I ended up eating cabbage for dinner and a 100 calorie bag of popcorn for a night snack.
I know some of y'all think that I am not eating enough or that yesterdays lil menu was a "way to go girl" hehehe....I am not doing any exercises, so I can't eat any more or even feel the need to eat any more.
That lil menu I posted yesterday was a bit more than I normally eat, even if it was all healthy.
I am still working on the mental part of eating and making it a way of life and not a jail sentance. It is NOT all about cutting back and making healthy choices. I can't explain it, but those of you who have always struggled with weight know what I am talking about.
Today is off to a great start, even with Tom in the mix. I feel soooo much better, the weather is beautiful and life in general is GOOD!

Glad the healthy eating is keeping the pain very low & the food cravings at bay.
WE BE ON THE SAME TOM SCHEDULE! TOM hit ME last night too! ROFL. ;)
ROFL.
I am going to sound like a complete spoiled brat here (I ADMIT IT!) but you have got to send me an email when you post!! (lol) I know you show up on my dashboard but I always forget the check the damn thing. I am able to follow my private blogs cause people email me when they update so I remember to check! Can't you email me??? (lol) I am so freaking far behind here now!!!
ANYWAY...I am trying to figure out the whole damn emotional eating nonsense too. If you figure it out, can you let me know? (lol)
((hugs))

yes, I do know what you are talking about. There are foods i should NEVER eat. If I do, just like an alcoholic, I am on a binge. But, like an alcoholic, even knowing this, I still struggle immensely with that.
hugs
Tina
My favorite is cabbage anyway, shape or form as it keeps you fit if you can tolerate it with a beer. Your doing a great job doing the best you can. Take care,
Katie
I so hear you! Nothing, and I mean nothing, will motivate you more than hitting that "place" emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, where you just say, "its time". You just know.
